“It has been quite a journey for the ICON team in such a short period of time since we printed the first permitted, 3D-printed home in 2018 to the now 20+ 3D-printed homes in the U.S. and Mexico. What motivates me every day is knowing that incrementally, whether solving vexing problems in housing on Earth or figuring out how to 3D print our first home on another world, we are taking steps towards advancing humanity. I feel lucky to be inspired and challenged every day and am grateful to work alongside an incredibly talented team innovating in robotics, software and material science to create dignified, resilient homes around the world...and beyond.”
