Sr. Inventory Associate

ICON is seeking a Sr. Inventory Associate to manage robotic 3D printers and printing materials on our construction sites. This candidate will be the on-site authority on heavy equipment and material mobilization to deliver maximum efficiency to our construction operations. The ideal applicant is an expert in heavy equipment operations and a servant leader to ensure equipment and materials are available to our print crews when they need them.  This role reports to the Logistics Lead and is based in ICON's Austin, TX location. 


  • Set up and operate staging areas on all 3D printed construction sites.
  • Receive all deliveries to the site and ensure all inventory is tracked and managed.
  • Safely operate forklifts and telehandlers and manage other operators for loading and unloading of large-scale 3d printers, concrete, and other construction materials.
  • Ensure all 3D print sites have adequate supplies for daily operations.
  • Maintain daily inventory counts and communicate inventory to project management teams.


  • 10+ years inventory management with heavy equipment.
  • Active Forklift and Telehandler certifications in the State of Texas.


  • Ability to travel between the ICON construction sites.
  • Experience executing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in high pressure situations.
  • Ability to lead and clearly communicate objectives to associates.
  • Active Commercial Driver’s License a plus.
  • A background in construction or another industry with manual labor components.
