Manufacturing & Assembly Manager

We are looking to hire a talented production manager to lead our assembly production team to meet the business goals. As a Manufacturing Assembly Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all production assembly processes in our new manufacturing facility.  


  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all members of the team adhere to safety requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule all of your production team’s activities to efficiently meet our goals
  • Ensure all employees have the required items to complete assigned tasks. 
  • Support the technical aspect of the assigned manufacturing processes
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and safe work area, including layout, tools, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate production status to management
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively measure your team’s success
  • Monitor and improve the quality of work coming from the area.
  • Hire and train employees to be effective additions to the team; monitor each members performance and development 
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to gain seamless transitions between engineering, warehouse, manufacturing support, and quality.
  • Ensure the team follows all company code of conduct, safety, and customer requirements and standards.


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of various manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Experience with manufacturing operations and processes, including material management, testing, planning.   
  • Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work after-hours when required.
