Warehouse Lead

Our warehousing lead must be all about the details. The daily functions and procedures of our warehouse’s spatial management, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. In order to keep things running “robotically smooth” our warehousing lead will oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations.


  • Develop and implement policies and practices related to warehouse operations in conjunction with the GM, Facilities.
  • Oversee warehousing, inbound, outbound and maintenance operations. 
  • Monitor and report on all warehouse productivity and efficiency KPIs.
  • Liaise with key partners in Inventory Control, Purchasing and Finance.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  • Organize and conduct necessary training activities for the staff and workers.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and safe operations of all warehouse tools and equipment.


  • 5+ years of warehousing experience, leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
