Warehouse Associate

ICON is looking for a warehousing associate that must be all about the details. The daily functions and procedures of our warehouses spatial management, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. In order to keep things running “robotically smooth” our warehousing specialist must keep a keen eye on all facets of warehouse operations.


  • Communicates effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers, and Project Managers
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • A high standard of quality and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as needed
  • Must be able to operate a forklift
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Forklift operations or Heavy Equipment background preferred
  • Logistics background required
  • Ability to understand and work from schematics
  • Must be willing to work in cold/hot environments (<30 to >105)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management
  • Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises
  • Must be very detailed oriented and strive to achieve high-quality results
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and adhere to written procedures
  • Professionalism, a positive attitude, and willingness to work as a team
  • Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of internal customers and vendors
  • Must be able to perform work on-site in our two South Austin facilities


  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Bilingual
  • CDL driver’s license
