DISASTER RECOVERY PROJECT MANAGER
Reports to: Head of Project Management
Travel Requirements: <20% (4-6 weeks)

ICON is seeking a Disaster Recovery Project Manager to play an integral role in building some of the world’s first 3D-printed houses. The ideal individual would have a minimum of 5+ years of program management experience in disaster relief construction and a comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process from Pre-Construction to C/O as well as an understanding of program management. This individual will work as a member of the Construction Operations team and will liaise internally with the print operations team, and externally with clients, architects, subcontractors, city inspectors/administrators, and government agencies that focus on disaster recovery. This individual must be able to manage the full construction project, including, budgeting, plans, bidding, scheduling, quality control, inspections, and completion. Most importantly, the ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic member of a dynamic startup team, which is creating dignified, resilient housing.
